Bill Points™ Rewards are only applicable to certain participating stores and in-store purchases at this time. There are no membership fees associated with Bill Points™ Rewards. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value. You must have your correct telephone phone number available at the time to collect and redeem points. Points cannot be earned after the transaction is finished. You may be required to show identification. Every member should take responsibility for their own membership information. Bill Beauty is not responsible for the misuse of points by each member.
Special offers maybe distributed by the store announcement. Read each offer carefully for specific details, expiration dates, limitations and restrictions, and to learn when bonus points will be awarded to your account.
You will earn points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of 1 point for each One Dollar ($1.00) you spend using your registered Bill Points™ Rewards membership. Some exclusion may apply and is subject to change anytime. Points and coupons may not be used at the same time.

Check Your Points
You can view and track your points balance and available on your receipt after every purchase. You can always check in our participating stores.
Exchanges or store credit
Exchanges or store credit only within 7 days with original receipt and items in original packaging. No exchanges allowed on Ginseng products. Promotional products are excluded. No refunds. Some exceptions may apply.
If you want to exchange or receive a store credit on a purchased order with your registered Bill Points™ Membership a straight exchange of points is awarded for that purchase.
If you have already redeemed all points or have no points remaining, you have two options:
- Deduct the difference of the redeemed amount from partial return of the purchase if you do not return the redeemed items, that total amount is deducted.
- Exchange the redeemed items with original receipt and package(s) within 7 days.
(Note: exchanges or store credit are done within 7 days along with original receipt, original unopened packages and a return to the same store where purchased).
